The "Ramu" application is the first free interactive tool in Lithuania designed specifically for individuals experiencing panic attacks. Developed by seasoned psychologists, it is grounded in the collective knowledge of researchers and practitioners in the field of anxiety disorders.

With the "Ramu" app, users can:
<ul>
 <li>Quickly and effectively mitigate panic attacks;</li>
 <li>Gain insights into the development of panic attacks and their relationship with both the body and mind;</li>
 <li>Evaluate the evidence behind their beliefs regarding panic attacks;</li>
 <li>Learn new calming and relaxation techniques;</li>
 <li>Explore and analyze their personal experiences with panic.</li>
</ul>

This application serves as immediate support during a panic attack, always accessible to users. Additionally, it acts as a daily companion to foster skills for relaxation and calmness. Users will develop self-help techniques that can aid in independently overcoming panic attacks and reducing overall anxiety over time.
